As Vice President of the Morgan Group, Inc., since 1999, Todd Mullen has over twelve years of experience in sales, marketing and all phases of the acquisition process. Mr. Mullen's main responsibilities include financial analysis, market studies and zoning analysis to determine the development value and appraisal of potential development sites throughout the mid west.

Todd Mullen currently is the project manager and partner overseeing the 40 North On Meridian project, a 110 unit condominium conversion located in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Todd Mullen, as a partner in Huron Street Associates, has acted as the Sales and Project Manager for Huron Street Lofts with responsibilities including acquisition, due diligence, market analysis, asset management and all contract administration functions for the conversion from apartments to condominium. Additionally, Todd has acted as a Project Manager for the development of seven Historic buildings located at the Town of Fort Sheridan in Highland Park, Illinois. He has performed Project Management functions for Asbury Apartments in Evanston, Illinois, an eighteen unit conversion in Rogers Park, in Chicago and a new construction single family home located in the Roscoe Village area in Chicago. Additional responsibilities have included initial intergrated financial analysis for the 750,000 square feet mixed use Wilson Yards project in the Uptown area of Chicago. As a partner in Development Partners, LLC., Todd is responsible for financial analysis for all potential development projects.

Prior to Morgan Group, Mr. Mullen was Sales Manager for Regal Lofts (1998-1999) a Loft condominium development being developed by The Enterprise Companies and marketed by Habitat Company. He was responsible for the sales, marketing and contract administration for the $30 million project in Lakeview area of Chicago.

As Director of Sales for Chicago Urban Properties (1995-1998), Todd was responsible for the Sales and Marketing of a staff of 20 with sales volume in excess of $100 million. He's a strong believer in the careful coordination of all aspects of sales process from inception to closings.

Todd Mullen graduated, Cum Laude, from DePaul University in 1994 with a BA degree in Political Science. He is an active member of the National Association of Home Builders, the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago, Young Builders Council, an Illinois licensed Real Estate Salesperson, a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Chicago Association of Realtors.
